We're securely migrating payment details into our new platform, Stripe. Here's what you need to know!

Why are we migrating to Stripe?

We are migrating to Stripe because it offers more flexibility, customisation options, and security features than our previous payment gateways. This will allow us to provide you with a better donation experience and ensure that your information is kept safe and secure.

Will my recurring donations be affected by the migration?

We are working to ensure the transition to Stripe is as seamless as possible for our regular givers. Your recurring donations will continue to be processed as usual, and you will not need to take any action to set them up again.

Will I need to update my payment information on the new payment gateway?

No, you will not need to update your payment information on the new payment gateway. We will be transferring all our regular givers' payment information to Stripe securely and confidentially. If we have an out-of-date expiry date for your credit card, this may cause your payment to fail. Our team will contact you if this is the case. Please note: We will not ask you to send us your credit card details via email or SMS.

How does Stripe ensure my payment details are secure?

Stripe uses advanced security protocols and encryption technologies to ensure your payment information is kept safe and secure. Your information will be stored on secure servers and encrypted using industry-standard security protocols.

How can I update my donation amount or frequency after the migration?

You will be able to update your donation amount or frequency through your account on Stripe. If you need assistance with updating your donation information, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Will there be any downtime or disruptions during the migration process?

We are working to ensure the migration process is as seamless as possible and that there is no downtime or disruptions to your donations. The only disruption that may occur is if your card does not successfully process in Stripe. If this happens, our team will be in touch.

Will my donation information be shared with any third parties?

We take the privacy and security of our supporters information very seriously. We will not share your donation or contact information with any third parties, except as required by law.
